Dr. Pratibha is currently working at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, Gaushala, Kathmandu as a Consultant Glaucoma and Cataract Surgery. She is also associated with training and teaching of Ophthalmology program in National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Nepal.

Dr. Joshi is Life Member of Nepal Ophthalmic Society (NOS), Nepal Medical Association (NMA) and Glaucoma Society Nepal (GSN).  She has been actively involved in training, teaching and research activities on the field of Glaucoma.
